The purpose of the Platte County Republican Central Committee (PCRCC) is to mobilize and represent the Republican Party membership in issues of local importance. The PCRCC fields candidates, provides voter registration, raises funds, and cultivates support and voter turnout, within the county, for its local, statewide and presidential candidates.

We are your elected representatives of the Republican Party. 

Platte County is divided by population into five sub-districts for the 30th MO House District, five subdistricts for the 32nd Mo House District and one sub-district for the 29th MO House District. Membership on the central Committee consists of a committeeman and a committeewoman for each of the sub-districts.

Members of the committee are elected during the August Primary election of even numbered years and serve for a period of two years. Vacancies on the committee are filled by the PCRCC by appointing a registered voter of the sub-district to fill the vacancy until the next election to which committee members are chosen.

The PCRCC is organized with an Executive Committee: Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer,  and Secretary.

The Chair and Vice Chair must be members of the committee; one being male and the other female. The Treasurer and Secretary, if not elected to the committee, are non-voting members of the Central Committee.

The  PCRCC additionally has Standing Committees and Sub-Committees to which interested Republicans are encouraged to serve. One such standing committee is the  Platte County Republican Century Club.
