Special Meeting of the Executive Committee of PCRCC

There will be a special meeting of the PCRCC Executive Committee on Wednesday, 17 Aug 2011 at 8:30 pm at Theresa Emerson’s home (14255 NW 65th Place, Parkville MO 64152) following the Reagan Ranch Day event committee meeting that starts at 7 pm.
Purpose of the special meeting is to approve disbursements for Books/Band/Wine for Wines by Jennifer for private reception and any other items needing immediate attention in preparation for the Reagan Ranch Day event this Saturday.
